Juneathon day 14 (supplementary) – weekly totals!

I just realised that I forgot to include my totals from week two in my earlier post, so rather than leave them until tomorrow or edit the original post, here is a special totals post:

Week Two:

  • Running distance: 23.5km (approx 14.5 miles)
  • Strength/core sessions: 1hr (two sessions)
  • Cross-training: 30mins exercise bike (10km)
  • Missed days: one 😦

Running total:

  • Running distance: 57km (approx 35.5 miles)
  • Strength/core sessions: 2hrs 40mins
  • Cross-training: 30mins
  • Missed days: one 😦

That’s not too bad actually…
